Rüdiger Bonnmann

Rüdiger heads the German Practise group Real Estate.

He specialises in advising project developers, investors, insurance companies and retail firms, as well as the building and construction industry, on private and public building and property law. In particular he focuses on private and public construction law and commercial tenancy law.

Rüdiger also advises on real estate transactions, including due diligence and represents clients in civil and public law disputes.

He studied at the universities of Marburg and Cologne and qualified as a lawyer in 1992. In 1998 he specialised in administrative law and in 2012 he became a specialist in tenancy and condominium law. Before he joined Osborne Clarke in April 2013 he was a partner (since 2000) at Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft in Cologne.
