Ralph Hintze

Ralph Hintze has over 40 years of work experience in the construction industry. Ralph started their career in 1978 as a Project Engineer at Norcoast BECK Constructors, where they were responsible for estimating and engineering duties. These included quantity take off, pricing, subcontractor solicitations, preparation of formwork drawings, and submittals. Ralph also assisted the project manager on bridge jobs. In 1981, Ralph joined Osborne Construction Company as a Chief Estimator. In this role, they were responsible for preparing project cost estimates for various types of projects and managing the Estimating department. Ralph also reviewed material quantity take offs and estimates prepared by others.

Ralph Hintze earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management from the University of Washington, where they studied from 1974 to 1978. Ralph also simultaneously pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Environmental Design/Architecture from the same university during the same time period.
