Dimple Dhiman is the Sr. Director of Executive Recruiting at Oscar Health. Dimple has over 10 years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.
Dimple started their career as a Talent Acquisition Manager at The Pepsi Bottling Group in 2009. Dimple was responsible for designing and implementing a new talent acquisition process to enable timely, quality and cost effective hiring. In 2012, they joined Quidsi Inc., a subsidiary of Amazon, as the Director of Recruiting. Dimple led and executed on Executive level searches and maintained relationships with external executive recruitment firms.
In May 2012, they joined Amazon as a Senior Executive Recruiter and was responsible for creating and conducting Behavioral Interviewing Training. Dimple also worked with internal and external recruiters, senior leaders and Employee Resource Groups to create and implement strategies and initiatives to increase focus on hiring diverse talent.
In July 2013, they joined Consumer Reports as the Director of Talent Acquisition where they supervised a team of up to three recruiters and one recruiting coordinator. Dimple developed and implemented strategies designed to identify, attract and assess candidates.
Dimple joined Oscar Health in September 2016 as the Sr. Director of Executive Recruiting where they are responsible for leading the executive recruiting team and executing on high-level searches.
Dimple Dhiman holds a BA in Management with a concentration in HR from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst. Dimple also holds a high school diploma from Notre Dame High School.
