Vickie Baltrus

Victoria Baltrus serves as the Chief Accounting Officer at Oscar Health since August 2021, following a notable tenure as Senior Vice President of Finance Strategy at Kemper and Vice President & Assistant Controller at CNA Insurance. With extensive experience in accounting and financial reporting, Victoria has directed teams to ensure compliance with GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley while managing external audits. Prior roles include Vice President for Card & Retail Bank Accounting at Capital One, where oversight extended to significant credit card and retail banking operations. Victoria’s career began at Household International as Incharge Internal Auditor, transitioning through various roles at HSBC that included senior finance positions and responsibilities in accounting policy.
