Michael James

Michael James has over 20 years of work experience in the consulting industry. Michael served as the Director of Utility & Telecom Consulting Services at Osceola Consulting, where they were responsible for overseeing teams and project delivery, pitching solutions to clients, and driving the development of deliverable templates. Before that, they worked at Deloitte Australia as a Senior Manager in Technology Advisory Consulting, leading projects for multiple clients and shaping operational and go-to-market strategies. At GMJames Consulting, they served as the CEO and Founder, providing strategic analysis and project management for Microsoft's enterprise software licensing offerings. Michael also worked as a Senior Consultant at Capgemini, specializing in consultancy services.

Michael James earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Zoology and Chemistry from Texas A&M University, where they studied from 1994 to 1999. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Technology Management at the University of Washington from 2004 to 2005.
