Valeriia Melnyk

Valeriia Melnyk is a Manual QA Engineer at OSDB since October 2021, specializing in manual testing of web platforms, designing quality solutions with quick release cycles, and collaborating within Agile teams. Valeriia's responsibilities include requirements analysis, creation and management of test documentation, execution of test cycles in Zephyr Scale, and performing various types of testing such as Smoke, Exploratory, and User Acceptance Testing. Previously, Valeriia gained experience as a Trainee Manual QA Engineer at AB Soft, where functional and non-functional testing of telecommunication products was conducted. Valeriia also has a background in customer service from a position at BRITISH CENTRE Szkoła Języków Obcych and has interned at the University of Lodz's Promotion Department. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Information Science with Business English and a Bachelor of Arts in English Philology with French.
