Jonida Cetaj has extensive work experience in the finance and banking industry. Jonida began their career as a Personal Banker at Raiffeisen Bank Albania from 2005 to 2008, where they provided high quality service to clients and offered various banking products. Jonida then worked as a Loan Officer at Procredit Bank Albania from 2008 to 2009, analyzing financial statements and assessing clients' creditworthiness.
From 2009 to 2013, Jonida worked at CEZ Albania, first as a Finance Department Executive and later as the Head of Cash Management. In these roles, they managed bank accounts, handled payment schedules, and prepared financial reports for top management.
Since 2013, Jonida has been working at OSHEE - Operatori i Shpërndarjes së Energjisë Elektrike. Jonida initially served as the Head of Finance Directory, focusing on cash flow forecasts and managing liquidity. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Risk Management, developing risk management policies and overseeing the implementation of operational risk assessment practices based on ISO 31000.
Jonida Cetaj completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Tirana University from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Economics from the University of Tirana, which they attended from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Jonida also received certifications in Company Leadership Management from the University of Groningen in July 2016, Project Management from Royal HaskoningDHV in July 2016, and a Certificate of Fiscal Representative from the Institution of Fiscal Experts in December 2014.
