Silva Kita started their education in 1986 at the University of Tirana, where they pursued a degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on the Electrical branch. Silva completed their undergraduate program in 1991. In 2000, Silva attended EOMMEX S.A the Hellenic Organization of Small & Medium Enterprises & Handicraft, where they received training as the manager of the year in the field of Business/Managerial Economics. In 2002, they attended the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Directorate-General for Development Cooperation and international polytechnic for industrial and economic development, where they obtained a degree in New competitive management strategies for manufacturing companies of the Balkan countries. From 2006 to 2010, Silva enrolled at the University of Korçë, specifically at Universiteti 'Fan S. Noli', where they pursued a degree in Finance and Accounting. Silva completed their undergraduate studies in 2010. Later, Silva pursued further education at the same university and obtained a Master's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services in 2016.
