Sandra Darling

Sandra (Syntax) Darling is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in healthcare and analytical roles. Currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at Oshi Health since January 2025, Sandra previously held the position of Operations Manager at SCAN from August 2022 to December 2024. Prior to that, at Iora Health, Sandra advanced through various positions, including Associate Market Operations Leader and Clinical Team Manager, from May 2016 to August 2022. Sandra began their career as an Analyst at Kimley-Horn from June 2012 to May 2016 and interned at BITHGROUP Technologies from June 2011 to June 2012. Sandra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University, complemented by prior studies at Stevens Institute of Technology.
