Bashar Amin

Bashar Amin has held various roles throughout their work experience. Starting in 1997, they worked at Pneumatech Inc as a Project Engineer, where they were responsible for designing and developing industrial compressed air systems and working as a Quality Control Engineer. In 2001, they joined Oshkosh Corporation as a Software Development Manager, a role they held until 2015. Following that, they became a Sr Principal Engineer at Oshkosh Corporation, where they currently work.

Bashar Amin completed their MBA degree in Business at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh from 2006 to 2008. Bashar has also obtained several certifications including Learning Jira Software, MATLAB 2018 Essential Training, Rules for Rising Leaders, The Leader Habit (Blinkist Summary), Learning Python (2020), and Strategic Thinking, all from LinkedIn in 2022.
