Cleola Isaacs

Cleola Isaacs has a strong background in managing and administering complex Enterprise Application Systems. Cleola has experience working with various companies such as Oshkosh Corporation, Travis County, IBM, AECOM, JLG Industries, Aggregate Industries, MicroStrategy Inc., ProQuest Company, Elkhart Products Corporation, and Philips Products. Cleola has expertise in ERP systems, including Oracle EnterpriseOne and JD Edwards OneWorld Xe. Cleola has worked in roles such as ERP Systems Analyst Lead, Enterprise Systems Architect, Senior IT Enterprise Applications Systems Administrator, and EnterpriseOne CNC Administrator/System Specialist. Cleola has also managed server hardware, operating systems, application software, identity management, and various other technologies.

Cleola Isaacs holds a BA degree in Computer Information Systems from Goshen College, which they obtained between 1995 and 1997. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's Degree in Management Information Systems from Hesston College, completing their studies from 1993 to 1995. Cleola graduated from St. Andrew's Anglican Secondary School with a High School diploma between 1985 and 1990. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as an IBM Design Thinking Practitioner and an IBM Mentor, both in 2017.
