Juan Pablo Garduno

Juan Pablo Garduno has extensive work experience in finance leadership roles. Juan Pablo currently serves as the VP of Finance at Oshkosh Corporation since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Colfax Corporation from 2017 to 2022, holding various roles such as Vice President Finance, DJO Global Bracing and Supports, ESAB Finance Vice President, Americas, and Vice President of Finance, ESAB.

Before their time at Colfax Corporation, Garduno was employed at H.B. Fuller from 2006 to 2017. Their roles at H.B. Fuller included Director, Strategy and Global Financial Planning, Asia Pacific regional CFO-Controller, and Latin America regional CFO-Controller.

Juan Pablo also has experience at Unisys, where they served in various finance director roles. This includes being the Central America Finance Director, Philippines and Thailand Finance Director, Finance Director & HR Business Partner, and GCS & IS Controller at different times. Additionally, they worked as a Latin America Internal Auditor and Financial Planning and Treasury Manager at Unisys.

Throughout their career, Garduno has demonstrated the ability to drive financial strategies, turnaround profitability, integrate acquisitions, and lead teams. Juan Pablo has created and implemented global processes, developed robust finance teams, and contributed to significant cost reductions and profit improvements.

Juan Pablo Garduno has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Finance-International Trade, obtained from Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnología in the years 2003 to 2005. Juan Pablo also holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universidad La Salle, A.C. from 1990 to 1995. Additionally, they have certifications as a Green Belt from Lean Six Sigma Institute LLC in 2008 and as a CPA from La Salle in 1990.
