Golla Laila

Golla Laila is an experienced Application Support Engineer currently working at OSI Systems since May 2023, specializing in the Certscan application within a global environment that spans multiple time zones. Responsibilities include routine operations, monitoring, fault detection, and initial troubleshooting for the Rapiscan Systems Project. Prior to this role, Golla served as a System Engineer at PrimEra Medical Technologies from February 2021 to April 2023, demonstrating a self-driven approach, problem-solving skills, and effective teamwork.
