Luis Pacheco

Luis Pacheco is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in telecommunications regulation and education. Currently serving as a guest lecturer at ESAN Graduate School of Business and as a professor at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, Luis has held various key positions at OSIPTEL since 2006, including Manager of Supervision and Enforcement and Regulatory Analysis Deputy Manager. Additionally, Luis is a member of the Ad-Hoc Collegiate Bodies at OSINERGMIN and previously served as a commissioner at Indecopi's Consumer Protection Commission.
