Alistair Wickland

Alistair Wickland is the current Managing Director at OSKA. Prior to this, they were with Lynas Foster Associates from April 2007 to April 2016 where they were the Director of Clinical Advancement. In this role, they worked with National Care Providers to help reduce the risk of litigation from pressure ulcers, improve CQC ratings through advancing pressure care across all sites, generate substantial cost savings whilst improving care, and create a culture of active avoidance rather than passive acceptance. Alistair also developed equipment to advance clinical performance and implemented strategies for improved practices and documentation.
