Kate Clark

Kate Clark has over 12 years of experience in various Human Resources roles. Kate most recently served as the Human Resources Director at Oskaloosa Food Products since 2016. Prior to that, they worked at Brownells, Inc. from 2011 to 2015, first as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist/HR Rep and then as a Recruiter. Before that, they were a Human Resources Assistant at Mahaska Health Partnership from 2008 to 2011. Kate began their HR career as a Human Resources Coordinator at Menards from 2004 to 2008.

Kate Clark, PHR, SHRM-CP attended Western Illinois University from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management. Kate also obtained additional certifications, including a Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute in 2013, and a SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management in 2015.
