Gaetano Insalaco

Gaetano Insalaco is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as Président at MIDBAC CONSEIL since January 2024, where responsibilities include interim CFO, transition management, and consulting for private equity funds. As a co-founder and Managing Partner of Óskare Capital since June 2020, Gaetano is involved in managing the first AIFMD regulated fund focused on innovative companies in the legal medical cannabinoid industry. Previous experience includes key executive roles such as Chief Operating Officer at BEX Capital, Chief Financial Officer and Partner at Truffle Capital, and CFO at Pyramid Technology Ventures. Gaetano also held senior positions at Ademus, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, and BDO Gendrot. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Financial Engineering from KEDGE Business School and a degree from SKEMA Business School.
