Gangaiah Makela

Gangaiah Makela has held a variety of roles in the software and quality assurance industries since 2006. Gangaiah began their career as a QC Analyst at Reckitt Benckiser Pharmaceutical in 2006. Gangaiah then moved to Patheon in 2007 as a Senior Scientific Officer. In 2013, they were a Project Engineer at Smith Medical International. From 2014 to 2015, they were a QA Validation Lead at GSK. From 2015 to 2017, they held the role of Senior Validation Engineer (CSV & Process) at Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, Inc. Gangaiah then moved to Bespak in 2017 as a CSV Quality/Validation Engineer. In 2018, they were a Validation Consultant at Zimmer Biomet. From 2019 to 2021, they were the CSV Lead at KARL STORZ Endoscopy (UK) Ltd. Gangaiah is currently the Software Quality Manager at Osler Diagnostics.

Gangaiah Makela obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Biotechnology & Pharmacology from Sheffield Hallam University between 2005 and 2006.
