Richard Gledhill's work experience begins in 1997 at PA Consulting Group, where they worked as a Consultant until 2001. Following this, they joined Jordan Grand Prix as a Control Systems Engineer in 2001 and then worked at Infineon Technologies as a Software Engineer for Formula 1 development from 2002 to 2005. From 2006 to 2014, they served as the Hitex Design Manager at Hitex (UK) Ltd, overseeing embedded systems design and contributing to the Pro-SIL SafeTcore system for Infineon. Gledhill then joined DCA Design International in 2014, initially as a Senior Software Skill Leader and later as a Senior Associate and Senior Software Skill Leader until 2022. In July 2022, they joined Osler Diagnostics as a Senior Software Test Engineer. Throughout their career, Gledhill has gained experience in various sectors, including consumer electronics, white goods, FMCG, pharma, medical, scientific, commercial, industrial, automotive, rail vehicle, and aircraft interior design.
Richard Gledhill began their education at King Edward VI Grammar School in Stratford-upon-Avon from 1985 to 1992, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Richard then attended the University of Cambridge from 1993 to 1997, earning an MEng and MA degree in Electronics and Information Sciences Tripos.
