David Brown, PHR, MSHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a solid background in leading HR functions across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Oslin Nation Co. since June 2018, David has successfully managed diverse HR tasks including benefits administration, recruiting, and employee relations. Previously, as the Director of Human Resources at Rustica Hardware, David directed HR operations across four facilities, implemented new HR software, and achieved significant cost reductions. David's earlier roles include Human Resources Manager at Cintas and Staffing Manager at Intermountain Staffing, where strong employee relations and staffing techniques were emphasized. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Services and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from Utah State University, in addition to an Automotive Technology degree from Weber State University.
