Ching Sandy has extensive work experience in various roles within the sourcing, brand development, and procurement fields. Ching has held leadership positions in companies such as OSM Group, Sun Vigor Industrial Company Ltd, and Kids2. Ching Sandy has also worked as a Senior Manager and Manager at Mattel Global Procurement Asia and as a Purchasing Manager at Zida Technologies Ltd. Ching started their career as a Senior Purchasing Engineer at Philips China Hong Kong Group - Portable Audio and as a Senior Electronic Engineer at Ocean Office Automation Ltd.

Ching Sandy has a diverse education history in various fields. Ching started their educational journey in 1987 at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, where they pursued a High Diploma in Electronic Engineering until 1990. Following this, they enrolled at the University of London from 1994 to 1996, where they obtained an Hon's Degree in Computing and Information System. In 1996, they pursued a Master Degree in Material Technology and Management from the City University of Hong Kong, which they completed in 2000. Finally, from 2002 to 2005, Ching Sandy attended Tsinghua University in China, where they earned a Second Degree in China Law.
