Ernesto Miguel Yandoc

Ernesto Miguel Yandoc serves as the Global Head of IT at OSM Thome since May 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing IT strategy, operations, and infrastructure on a global scale, managing teams, and ensuring data security while aligning IT initiatives with business objectives. Prior to this role, Ernesto held various positions at OSM Maritime Group from September 2010 to May 2023, including Head of Applications and Data & Analytics, where tasks involved project and stakeholder management, as well as digitalization efforts. Ernesto also contributed as an HSEQ Assistant Manager, successfully implementing standard processes and systems in compliance with various ISO standards. Additionally, experience includes serving as a Systems Developer and Support at YoungShip Sorlandet and as a Technical and IT Consultant at Stream Global Services.
