Carlton Duffett

Carlton Duffett is a Staff Software Engineer at Osmind, joining the Platform team in October 2022. Previously, Carlton worked at Amino Health for over five years, where responsibilities included serving as a Backend/Platform Architect and leading mixed platform engineering teams. Earlier experience includes roles at MITRE, where Carlton contributed to various grant-based projects, and at Boston University, where Carlton served as an Inspiration Ambassador and Teaching Assistant, developing educational materials and online coursework. Additional experience includes internships at GE Intelligent Platforms and InterSystems, as well as early roles at DesignLight and LEGO Group. Carlton earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Boston University from 2012 to 2016 and graduated from Dover-Sherborn High School in 2012.
