Asami Osato

Asami Osato has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2019, Asami joined Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. as a Senior Project Manager. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2019, Asami worked at Greenlots as a Project Manager in Operations. Asami's experience also includes working at Pacific Gas and Electric Company as part of the Power Generation - Hydro Licensing team from 2015 to 2018. Before that, in 2015, Asami had an internship at Imerys as an Environmental Health and Safety Intern. Asami also gained experience as an Assistant at UCSB Electrical and Computer Engineering from 2014 to 2015, and as a Power Generation - Hydro Licensing Intern at Pacific Gas and Electric Company in 2014. Prior to that, Asami worked as a Sustainability Intern at UCSB - Housing and Residential Services from 2013 to 2014. Asami's earlier roles include being an Office Assistant at The Faculty Club from 2013 to 2014 and serving as the Chair of the Committee on Committees at Associated Students of UC Santa Barbara from 2012 to 2013.

Asami Osato pursued their education at UC Santa Barbara from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Environmental Science. In 2017, they enrolled in the Project Management Certificate Program at UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education. As for additional certifications, they earned a SCUBA Diver certification from NAUI Pacific Rim in May 2014.
