Rishat Iskhakov

Rishat Iskhakov is an experienced analytics professional currently serving as VP of Analytics at OSOME since December 2022, focusing on team management and data strategy utilizing tools such as dbt, Looker, and BigQuery. Previously, Rishat held the position of Senior Analytics Manager at Delivery Hero for a brief period in 2022 and served as Director of Analytics at SberMarket (ex-Instamart) from November 2018 to August 2022, where leadership extended to 65 Data and Product Analysts, working closely with executive teams to enhance contribution margins and grow GMV.
