Ian Zapp

Ian Zapp has extensive experience in software quality assurance and technical development management, currently serving as the Manager of QA Engineering at Osprey Software Development since October 2014. Previous roles include Technical Development Manager at CDPHP, Principal Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Global Foundries, and Senior Software Automation Engineer at Open Solutions. Ian Zapp also held the position of Senior Software Performance Engineer at MapInfo and completed an IT Internship at CDPHP. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, both obtained from the University at Albany.
