Mala Goodman

Mala Goodman is currently the Medical Illustration Onboarding Manager at Osso VR. Mala has previously worked as a Team Manager at UnitedHealth Group from July 2017 to November 2021, a Senior Strategist/Project Manager at Venesco, LLC from December 2014 to June 2017, and a Yoga Instructor at Spark Yoga from July 2018 to August 2019 and Peace Love and Yoga from May 2014 to June 2017. In July 2011, they were a Fellow at Global India Fund where they conducted formative research on India-based NGOs, their mission, cultural nuance, needs, and conducive learning styles. Mala also created and pilot tested customized online evaluation training modules based on logic models for 6 Mumbai based NGOs. Additionally, they developed qualitative surveys and quantitative data collection tools to assess feedback of thesis project, analyzed qualitative and quantitative data using MiniTab to conduct statistical analysis on both data, and conducted qualitative interviews with NGO founders to develop marketing materials intended to promote NGOs. Before that, they were an Intern at Spectrum Sciences Communication from January 2011 to April 2011.

Mala Goodman has an MPH in Public Health from The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences and a BS in Neurobiology/Physiology from the University of Maryland. Mala is also certified by the Yoga Alliance in RYT.
