Cecilia Hansborough

Cecilia Hansborough currently serves as APM for Synthetic Training Environment Live Training Systems Integration and Acquisition at the US Army, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this, Cecilia was a Project Coordinator (SME) for the OneSAF program at the United States Army from June 2018 to September 2023, overseeing program management and business operations. Cecilia's extensive background also includes roles as a Project Officer for the United States Marine Corps, managing training systems programs, and as a Project Manager for USMC Egress Training. Additional experience encompasses positions with various defense and government agencies, including program control and analysis roles at the US Attorneys Office, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and the Assistant Secretary of Defense. Cecilia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, an Associate of Arts in Art History from the American University of Rome, and a Project Management certificate from the University of Central Florida.
