Dominik Flak

Dominik Flak has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Dominik started their career as a Customer Advisor at ZARA SP. Z O.O. in 2013. Dominik then worked as an Advisor to Business and Investment Clients at Idea Bank before moving on to become a Relationship Manager to Business Clients at Bank BPH. In 2016, they joined Idea Bank again, this time as a Key Account Manager and Key Customers Expert. Following this, they worked as a Strategic Business Manager at AIRKEY, where they focused on optimizing rental rates for property owners. In 2018, Dominik joined Fingrow Consulting Group as a Business Finance Analyst before transitioning to OSTC Ltd. as a Business Management Analyst. At OSTC Ltd., they eventually rose to the position of Corporate Development Manager, responsible for managing M&A activities and supporting fundraising efforts. Currently, Dominik serves as the Head of Financial Strategy & Planning at OSTC Ltd., overseeing these critical aspects of the company's operations.

Dominik Flak completed their education with a Master of Social Science degree in Finance and Accounting from SGH Warsaw School of Economics in 2019. Prior to that, in 2017, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in the same field from the same institution. In 2014, Dominik Flak was enrolled at Szkoła Główna Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie, where they pursued Management. In addition to their academic achievements, Dominik Flak obtained several certifications including "Overcome Overthinking" from LinkedIn in 2023, "Sales Champions (Mistrzowie sprzedaży)" from Bank BPH in 2015, "Trade negotations (Negocjacje handlowe)" from Gamma Sp.J. in 2015, and "CISCO PC Hardware and Software course (IT Essentials: Sprzęt i oprogramowanie komputerów PC)" from Cisco Networking Academy in 2013.
