James Waters has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. James is currently serving as the Global Head of Business Operations at OSTC Ltd. James previously held the role of Chief of Staff at the same company.

James also has experience in the British Army, where they completed the Intermediate Command and Staff Course (Land) as a student.
