Karolina Musiol

Karolina Musiol began their work experience in 2006 as a Student Apprentice at Georg August Universität Göttingen, where they organized an ethnographic exhibition. Karolina then worked as an Intern in the Marketing Department at TVP Katowice SA in 2008. In 2009, they had a Trainee role at Horyzont Recruitment Gliwice (Poland) as a Consultant in Recruitment and Placement. In 2011, they were a Trainee in Event Management at Fondazzjoni Temi Zammit before joining Apple as a Business Sales Representative. Karolina'sroles at Apple also included Partner Relations and Internal Recruitment responsibilities. Karolina then worked at Salt as a Consultant for Digital Transformation in the DACH region. At ABL Recruitment, they held positions as a Consultant and Senior Consultant, specializing in German and English roles. In 2017, they co-founded Insiderz and in 2018, they joined OSTC Ltd. as Head of Talent, managing global talent acquisition.

Karolina Musiol obtained a Master's Degree in Sociology from The University of Göttingen in the years 2004 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their High School education in Zabrze from 1999 to 2004. In addition to their academic qualifications, Karolina has also obtained various certifications, including Succession Planning and Talent Management from LinkedIn in 2022, the University of Oxford Women's Leadership Development Programme from Saїd Business School, University of Oxford in 2022, Mental Health First Aider from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in 2020, and several others. Karolina is also an Affiliate of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (IRP) - Members Only Group since 2016.
