James Francis

James Francis has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as Vice President at Encompass Electric, Inc. since January 2022. James also owns and operates their own business, OsteoStrong, which they started in January 2022. Prior to that, they served as the VP of Construction at JVEC from January 2012 until December 2021.

James Francis attended Fullerton College from 1993 to 1995, but did not obtain a degree or focus on a specific field of study during that time. In 2004, they obtained the certification of General Journeyman Electrician (J) from the California Department of Industrial Relations.
