Raymond Gilbert

Raymond Gilbert has worked in the engineering field since 1992. Raymond began their career as an Electrical Engineer at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center in 1992 and then moved to Bellcore as a Member of Technical Staff in 1995. In 1996, they joined Motorola as a Software Engineer. From 2000 to 2012, they worked at SeaChange International in various roles, including Senior Software Engineering Manager and Principal Software Engineer/Engineering Manager. From 2012 to 2015, they were the Director of Software Engineering at Monsoon Commerce (an Oak Hill Capital Partners company). From 2015 to 2017, they were the Director of Engineering at Zonoff. From 2017 to 2018, they were the Director of Engineering and DevOps at Amazon. From 2020 to 2022, they were a Contributor at Covid Act Now. Currently, they are the Senior Director of Engineering at Ostro.

Raymond Gilbert has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Lafayette College, a Master of Business Administration from DeSales University, and Graduate Studies in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Raymond also attended North Penn High School. Additionally, they hold a Certified SCRUM Master certification and a Notary Public certification from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
