Adam Michalski is an experienced research fellow at OSW – Ośrodek Studiów Wschodnich in Poland, specializing in the analysis of Turkey's domestic, foreign, and security policies since March 2021. Previous roles include assistant researcher at the Istanbul Policy Center, focusing on the defense sector, and analyst positions at BILGESAM and the Ministry of Interior and Administration of the Republic of Poland, where work included policy briefs on NATO, the 2015 refugee crisis, and the implications of military strategies in the MENA region and Balkans. Adam holds a Master's degree in International Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Master's degree in Security Studies from UCL, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Politics with International Relations from the University of York.
