Rachael Lewis

Rachael Lewis has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Rachael currently serves as the Co-Chair of the BOSS Leaders of the Future Committee, where they consult with committee members and the CEO of BOSS on key topics impacting leaders and organizes events to develop and inspire young leaders. Prior to this role, Rachael worked at OT Group Limited as the Sales Operations Director and Head of Pricing and Margin Management, collaborating with teams to drive sales, margin, and project delivery. Rachael also gained experience as the Head Of Commercial Finance and Pricing at Spicers and held positions at Aldi UK as the Director of Finance and Area Manager. Rachael's earlier experience includes a work placement at BP and a role as a Contract Management Executive at Canon (UK).

Rachael Lewis pursued their education at the University of Surrey from 2007 to 2011. During this time, they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
