Michael Keys, MS-IT, is an experienced Information Technology professional currently serving as Information Technology Manager at Ops Tech Alliance, LLC since February 2023 and as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Maryland Global Campus since July 2020, teaching Fundamentals of Networking. Previous roles include Senior Information Technology System Administrator at ACLC, LLC, and Senior Associate Field Technician at DXC Technology, providing advanced field support and managing complex IT installations and repairs.
