Rod McCaskill

Rod McCaskill currently serves as a DHS Contractor at Ops Tech Alliance, LLC, since January 2020. Previous experience includes the role of Lead Program Manager at Littoral Combat Ship Squadron Two from July 2015 to February 2017, emphasizing leadership for success. As Senior Enlisted Leader for Coastal Riverine Squadron Two between August 2013 and June 2015, Rod supervised 125 personnel and provided maritime security during overseas deployments. In the position of Maritime Security Officer at Maritime Expeditionary Security Squadron Two from June 2011 to August 2013, strong networking and interpersonal skills were demonstrated while facilitating cross-functional operations. Additionally, Rod served as Department Supervisor on USS New York (LPD 21) from April 2009 to May 2011, managing personnel through critical certification processes and ensuring effective communication within a high-paced environment.
