Andrew Felt has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in different companies. Andrew started their career as an IT Support Analyst at Insight Institute of Neurosurgery and Neuroscience from June 2011 to April 2013. Andrew then joined Anthelio Healthcare Solutions as a Technician II, where they worked from April 2013 to July 2016. Andrew later moved to Otava, where they held various positions including Data Center Facilities Coordinator from July 2016 to March 2019, Cloud Administrator from March 2019 to October 2019, Team Lead from October 2019 to October 2021, Manager of Support Operations from October 2021 to September 2022, and currently serves as the Director of Support Operations from August 2022.
Andrew Felt earned an Associate's Degree in Computer Networking Technology from Baker College of Flint, which they completed between 2009 and 2011. Prior to that, they attended the University of Michigan-Flint from 2003 to 2008, studying Music Performance without completing a degree.
