Prabesh Adhikari

Prabesh Adhikari is an experienced professional in network management and support operations, currently serving as the Manager of Support Operation and Team Lead at Otava since January 2022. Prior to this, Prabesh held the position of Network/NOC Manager at NewCloud, where responsibilities included managing a motivated team and overseeing ticketing processes from December 2018 to January 2022. Earlier roles included Tier 2 Network Engineer at NewCloud Networks and Implementation Engineer at Venture Technologies - West, where critical tasks included wireless site surveys and installations of Cisco equipment. Prabesh began a career in the US Navy as a Machinist Mate, maintaining steam turbines. Prabesh holds an Associate's Degree in Information Technology with a focus on Cisco Network Security from Westwood College.
