Adolfo Segura

Adolfo Segura is the current Chief of Administrative Services at Otay Water District since August 2012. Prior to that, Adolfo held various leadership roles in Information Technology at Port of San Diego from January 1999 to July 2012. Adolfo also has experience as an Information Systems Consultant at Maximus Corporation and as a User Services Manager at University of San Diego. With a background in Business Administration, Adolfo has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, budgeting, and management skills throughout their career.
