Andrew Jackson

Andrew Jackson is an experienced professional who currently serves as the Chief of Water Operations at Otay Water District. Prior to this role, Jackson held various positions in water management and operations, including Water Manager and Water Distribution Superintendent in Gilbert, Arizona, and Senior Utility Supervisor in the City of Phoenix. Jackson also has previous experience as a Senior Heavy Equipment Operator in the City of Aurora.
