Michael O'Donnell

Michael O'Donnell has a BS in Environmental Studies from Keene State College. Michael has worked in various roles within the surveying and mapping field, including as a Surveying Technician, Senior Mapping Analyst, Project Surveyor, and currently serves as the Supervising Land Surveyor at Otay Water District. In their current role, Michael manages the Survey Division, oversees Right-of-Way management and DigAlert programs, and handles all aspects of surveying and mapping, including legal research, boundary analysis, and subsurface utility engineering.
