Thomas Rowe

Thomas Rowe is a seasoned professional in legal technology consulting, serving as Managing Partner at OTB Consulting since September 2002. Prior to this role, Thomas held the position of Vice President at Time Matters Software from January 2001 to September 2002 and was the Owner of Turnkey Computer Solutions, Inc. from 1993 to 2001. Thomas also practiced law as an Attorney-at-Law at the Law Offices of Thomas L. Rowe for two years and at Weekes & Candler, PC from 1986 to 1993. Educationally, Thomas holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Georgia School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Business Administration from Vanderbilt University.
