Gencebay Demir is an experienced software development leader with a career spanning over 16 years in the technology sector. Currently serving as the Head of Software Development at Otelz.com since October 2020, Gencebay has previously held key positions at BilgeAdam Teknoloji, including Head of Software Development, Software Development Unit Manager, and Senior Consultant, among others. Early career experience includes a Software Developer role at the İçişleri Bakanlığı's Department of Information Technology from 2007 to 2014. Gencebay holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Anadolu University and has a high school degree in Computer Programming from Beykent University.
