Angelo Olivari

Angelo Olivari is an experienced supply chain manager with a diverse background in production planning across multiple companies. Since March 2021, Angelo has held the position of Supply Chain Manager at Oterra, after previously serving as a Production Planner at Chr. Hansen Holding A/S from May 2017 to May 2022. Prior roles include responsibilities at Frutarom Italy S.r.l. as Responsabile acquisti (January 2014 - April 2017), and at Luigi Zaini SpA as Responsabile pianificazione (April 2013 - December 2013). Angelo also managed production planning at Solo-Italia Dolcissimo from January 2011 to March 2013, and worked with the Andros group from June 2006 to January 2011. Initial experience includes roles at Monsanto as a field man and production planner from March 2004 to March 2006. Angelo holds a degree in Scienze e tecnologie alimentari from Università degli Studi di Milano, obtained between 1993 and 2002.
