Terry McDonald

Terry McDonald has had a long and varied career in the technology industry. In 2005, they began their career as a Mid-Market Sales Manager at Interactive Intelligence. In 2015, they joined Oracle as a CX Application Sales Manager. In 2017, they worked as a Territory Manager at Automated Voice & Data Solutions, and then as an Enterprise Sales at Talkdesk. In 2019, they joined Spotlight Inc. as a CCaaS Practice Leader (for TELUS International). In 2021, they became a Regional Vice President of Sales at 3CLogic. In 2022, they began working as an Account Executive - West at Alvaria, Inc. and as a Client Partner, Voice - Strategic Entertainment and Hospitality at LivePerson. Additionally, Terry has been a Vice President, Board of Directors at Colorado Springs Early Colleges since 2015.

Terry McDonald attended Schaumburg High from 1981 to 1985 before going on to Western Illinois University from 1985 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Math, and Business.
