Ross McMillan

Ross McMillan, P.E. is a Project Manager at OTHON ENGINEERING since May 2023, bringing extensive experience from a decade-long tenure at the Texas Department of Transportation, where roles included Assistant Area Engineer, Transportation Engineer, and Engineering Assistant.
