Lauren Speerhas

Lauren Speerhas has worked at Othot, Inc. since 2021 as a Strategic Partnership Manager. Prior to this, they worked at Robert Morris University from 2011, in various roles including Associate Director, Center for Student Success and Personal Development, Associate Director, Center for Student Success, Assistant Director, Center for Student Success, Area Coordinator, Office of Residence Life, and Graduate Assistant.

Lauren Speerhas obtained their Master of Arts (M.A.) in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from Geneva College between 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Mount Union between 2007 and 2011. In 2018, they became a facilitator for the AAUW Salary Negotiation Start Smart workshop, which was offered by AAUW.
