Rick Hart

Rick Hart is an experienced Senior Project Manager currently with OTIC Group since August 2023, previously holding a similar position at Crown Resorts from February 2020 to August 2023, where key projects included the consolidation of patron and incident management systems and the implementation of various cloud-based solutions across multiple resorts. Prior to this, Rick Hart served as a Principal Consultant and Senior Project Manager at DWS from August 2007 to August 2023, managing critical initiatives for clients such as National Australia Bank, Ausnet Services, and Lumo Energy. Rick Hart has a strong background in delivering technology projects, including data migration, business intelligence solutions, and ERP/CRM implementations, with a foundation in Information Systems from Monash University.
