Milena Japyassu possesses extensive experience in digital technology and project management across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Digital Technology for Sales & Marketing at Otis Elevator Co., Milena has held various senior positions, including Global Sr. Director of IT Programs. Milena’s prior experience includes notable roles at The Dow Chemical Company, where Milena led digital transformation initiatives in Latin America, as well as at BASF, GE Money, and Atos Origin, managing diverse projects and teams. Milena’s educational background includes an Executive Leadership Program from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidade Municipal de São Caetano do Sul.
